Pure essential oils, explained calmly.
I help you choose the right oils for you and use them every day, at home and in your moments of wellbeing. With a real person to call whenever you have a question.
Nice to meet you, I’m Daniela.
Essential oils came into my life step by step, one bottle at a time. Today they are part of every day for me, and I love helping other people do the same.
As an Independent doTERRA Wellness Advocate, I’m with you from the very start: together we work out what you need, choose a few well-made oils, and I show you how to use them safely. No rush, no complicated terms, and my number always within reach.
From field to bottle.
Why did I choose doTERRA? Because I know where what I bring into my home comes from. Here is the journey of every drop.
1Grown where it grows best
Every plant is grown in its land of origin: lavender in France and Bulgaria, orange in Brazil and Greece, lemon in Italy, and so on.
2Harvested by those who grow it
Through its Co-Impact Sourcing® programme, doTERRA works directly with growers and their communities, with fair contracts and on-time payments.
3Tested batch by batch
Every batch goes through the CPTG® protocol, with laboratory analysis. With the code on the bottle you can read the results on sourcetoyou.com.
4Delivered to your home, with me
Your order comes straight from doTERRA. From then on, I’m here: I explain how to use each oil and answer any questions that come up.
The essentials to get started.
These are the ones I recommend if you’re starting from scratch: six oils and four blends, with simple uses that are hard to get wrong. Tap a bottle to see how to use it.
Peppermint
Mentha piperita
Fresh, intense, bold. You can recognise it from metres away: it’s the mid-afternoon wake-up call.
- In the air Two drops in the diffuser on your desk, when you need to focus.
- On the skin Diluted, on the back of the neck and shoulders: instantly cooling. Keep away from the eyes.
- Around the home In the bucket of water for the floors, for a fresh scent throughout the house.
Lavender
Lavandula angustifolia
Floral, soft, familiar. It’s the oil almost everyone starts with: it recalls the linen drawers of the past, only cleaner.
- In the air Three or four drops in the diffuser, in the bedroom, in the evening.
- On the skin 1 or 2 drops diluted in a carrier oil for a relaxing massage.
- Around the home A few drops on a cotton pad, in drawers and wardrobes.
Lemon
Citrus limon
Bright, clean, sunny. It is cold-pressed from the peel: it keeps the kitchen smelling fresh.
- In the air In the diffuser in the morning, to start the day in a good mood.
- Around the home A few drops on the cloth for worktops. It also removes sticky label residue.
- On the skin Diluted in your hand cream.
Like all citrus oils: after applying it to the skin, keep that area out of the sun for 12 hours.
Tea Tree
Melaleuca alternifolia
Herbaceous, fresh, sharp. It comes from Australia and is a classic in skin care.
- On the skin One drop in your face cleanser or shampoo.
- Around the home In a spray bottle with water and vinegar, for the bathroom.
- In the air Together with lemon, to freshen up a room.
Oregano
Origanum vulgare
Herbaceous, sharp, powerful. The strongest of the family: a precious ally around the home, to be used with care on the skin.
- Around the home One drop in the spray bottle for heavy-duty cleaning, for sanitaryware and tiles.
- On the skin Only highly diluted: one drop in two tablespoons of carrier oil, on small areas.
- In the air Better not: in the diffuser its scent is too strong.
A “hot” oil: keep away from the eyes and sensitive skin. Avoid during pregnancy and with young children.
Frankincense
Boswellia
Warm, woody, grounding. It comes from the resin of Boswellia trees, used for thousands of years.
- On the skin One drop in your evening face cream.
- In the air In the diffuser for a quiet moment, perhaps together with lavender.
- Around the home On a porous stone in the living room, for a long-lasting scent.
Air
Blend · laurel leaf, eucalyptus, peppermint, tea tree, lemon, cardamom, ravintsara, ravensara
Balsamic, minty, clear. The blend for fresher-feeling air, ready to use.
- In the air Four drops in the bedroom diffuser in the evening.
- On the skin Diluted, to massage the chest and back.
- Around the home One drop on a handkerchief to keep in your bag.
Keep away from the eyes and mucous membranes, and from the face of children under 10.
Deep Blue
Blend · wintergreen, camphor, peppermint, ylang ylang, helichrysum, blue tansy, blue chamomile, osmanthus
Fresh, minty, intense. The blend for massaging muscles and joints after a demanding day.
- On the skin One or two drops in a tablespoon of carrier oil, to massage the neck, shoulders, back and legs.
- Ready to use The same blend also comes in the Deep Blue Touch roll-on, the Deep Blue Rub cream and the stick. The whole range in the recipe book.
Contains wintergreen: avoid it if you are allergic to aspirin or take blood thinners, during pregnancy and with young children.
ZenGest
Blend · ginger, peppermint, caraway, coriander, anise, tarragon, fennel
Spicy, minty, warm. Ginger and peppermint with kitchen spices: the after-dinner blend.
- On the skin One drop in a tablespoon of carrier oil, for a clockwise tummy massage.
- In the air One or two drops on a handkerchief when travelling.
Avoid during pregnancy and with young children.
On Guard
Blend · wild orange, clove, cinnamon, eucalyptus, rosemary
Warm, spicy, citrusy. The scent of winter days, and a household classic for cleaning.
- Around the home A few drops in the spray bottle for cleaning the kitchen and bathroom.
- In the air Three or four drops in the diffuser on cold days.
- On the skin Only highly diluted, on the soles of the feet: one drop in two tablespoons of carrier oil.
Contains cinnamon and clove: keep away from the eyes and sensitive skin. After applying it to the skin, stay out of the sun for 12 hours.

Let’s arrange a get-togetherFrequently asked questions.
Can’t find yours? Write to me: questions are my favourite part of the job.
What is an essential oil?
It is the immune system of plants. Plants use essential oils to protect themselves and to repel or attract insects. They are extracted from flowers, leaves, peels or resins by steam distillation or, for citrus fruits, by cold pressing. They are highly concentrated, which is why a few drops are enough.
Are they safe to use?
Yes, with a few precautions. On the skin they should always be diluted in a carrier oil and kept away from the eyes and ears. After using citrus oils on the skin, stay out of the sun for 12 hours. If you are pregnant, with young children, or if you are on medication, ask your doctor first.
How are they different from other oils on the market?
Transparency about testing. doTERRA oils are analysed batch by batch and you can check the results yourself with the code on the bottle. Not all oils on the market tell you how they were produced and tested.
How do I order? Do I have to sign up for anything?
You can order at retail price, with no commitment. If you think you’ll use them often, it’s worth opening a customer account: you get 25% off and earn points on your orders. I’ll guide you through it, even over the phone.
Which diffuser do you recommend?
To start with, a simple ultrasonic diffuser is all you need: water, a few drops of oil, and it switches itself off. I’ll show you a couple and we’ll choose based on the room.
Can I turn it into a job?
Yes, many people share the oils with friends and acquaintances and turn it into a business. If you’re curious, we can talk it through calmly: I’ll explain how it works, with no promises and no pressure.
